More Information

Exit cleaning fee of $650. 10% California Occupancy Tax is charged on rent and cleaning.

Peak Weeks run from Thursday afternoon arrivals to Thursday morning departures to avoid Friday traffic to the lake.

Weddings and Events of 120 persons or less, $4,500 with minimum stay booking. Or $12,500 for one day. Plus cleaning fees ($650 house, $300 grounds), $2,000 damage deposit. Event insurance required.  Separate Event Agreement.  For minimum stay bookings, Event fee covers Wedding Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, Sunday Brunch.  Includes use of outdoor grounds only. You create your own magic with your choice of providers. You select and provide all vendors for catering, furnishings, music, etc.  

Reservation deposit is 50% of rent + tax, due with signed rental agreement within 7 days. Balance of rent, exit cleaning fee, tax, damage deposit is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment by check, bank transfer or via Paypal with payment of their 3% fee.
